Our pound cakes are made with fresh dairy, eggs, and other perishable ingredients. Once prepared and shipped, these items cannot be resold or returned for health and safety reasons. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety for all our customers.
What We Will Do
While we cannot offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged product or have concerns about quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mrs.veronica.j@gmail.com. We'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include replacement products.
